Water Safety Lessons
I believe that introducing babies to the water at a very young age is one of the most important steps in building lifelong water confidence and safety. When children are exposed to the water early, they learn to feel comfortable, calm, and secure—long before fear has a chance to develop.
Through gentle, age-appropriate instruction, babies begin to understand floating on their back, breath control, and basic water awareness. These early experiences create a strong foundation for future swimming skills and, most importantly, water safety.
I strongly believe that enrolling in a structured water safety program from infancy can be life-saving. My approach focuses not only on swimming techniques, but on teaching children how to respect the water while building confidence and trust step by step.
For me, water safety is more than a skill—it is a responsibility. Starting early gives children the best chance to stay safe and confident around water for life.

Preschool aquatics
Children who participate in early swimming acquire certain skills sooner than those who do not swim. These are skills that help children learn. In short, children who swim overcome the obstacles of kindergarten and school more easily.
Water activity has a very positive effect on visual-motor skills. For example, children who swim can do paper cutting, coloring, drawing lines and shapes much faster. They also perform better in many mathematical tasks. In addition, they have better verbal expression and are more successful in writing and reading.

Adult Swim
Whether you are an enthusiastic amateur, a hobby athlete or a competitor, I can help you! Swimming is a basic sport. It has a beneficial, health-preserving effect while being completely stress-free as a leisure sport. If you come to me as a complete beginner, with no ideas about your future swimming skills and no specific goals, I usually recommend that you focus on breaststroke and backstroke. With all my knowledge, I strive to ensure that those who study with me - whether in individual or small group lessons - fall in love with the water, gain water safety, and swim in deep water with relatively correct technique and without reservations.
